Note) Alföldi does not describe the legend VOTA PVBLICA on the obverse for this type of reverse, but Cohen VIII p. 69 had already cataloged it with number 13. In any case, it is not clear to me that Isis wears a sistrum in her right hand, and perhaps we should catalog her within type 3b, being then a reverse in which Isis simply raises her hand and a Token that would not be contemplated in Alföldi either.
